Some have just found texts. Maybe it was a browser history. Some have been living with a slowly dawning realization for weeks.
You haven't slept. You can't eat. You're Googling or ChatGPTing at 2am, maybe you’ve already tried talking to someone and walked away feeling worse.
And somewhere in the middle of all of that, you're being asked to make potentially life-altering decisions.
You're spiraling through worst case scenarios while simultaneously trying to hold your life together.
→ Can I ever feel safe again?
→ How could I not have known?
→ Is my marriage over?
→ Am I foolish for staying?
→ Will this destroy my children?
→ Who can I even trust anymore?
→ What do I do first?
→ Is my life ruined?
Most women come to me wanting to save their marriage or fix him. What you're going to discover is that you need to help yourself first.
You cannot control what your partner chooses to do. You cannot will him into recovery or love him into honesty.
What you CAN do is invest in yourself so deeply and so intentionally that no matter what he decides, you are going to be okay.
THAT IS THE WORK. AND IT STARTS HERE.
Helping a woman take her first small steps toward stability, toward clarity, toward herself, after the most destabilizing experience of her life, is sacred work to me.
Watching her begin to trust her own reality again after someone spent years convincing her she couldn't. There is nothing quite like it.
THAT IS WHAT IS POSSIBLE FOR YOU.
Right now it doesn't feel that way. Right now this feels like everything. Like your whole life has been swallowed by this one devastating discovery.
But I have sat with hundreds of women in this exact moment. And I have watched them come out the other side.
Not just surviving. Rebuilding. Creating lives that are fuller, truer, and more intentional than anything they had before. Lives they consciously chose.
THIS IS A CHAPTER. NOT THE ENTIRE STORY.
Healing after betrayal doesn't happen overnight. But it does follow a natural path. Knowing that path exists, and that you have someone to walk it with you, changes everything.
This is where most women begin, and where we spend the most time. We work on regulating your nervous system so you can get grounded and cope with daily life while doing this healing work. You'll gain practical tools and strategies for managing triggers and trauma symptoms, learn how to take good care of yourself through this process, and begin to gain some clarity about what actually happened.
One small step at a time. If disclosure is on the table, we start talking about it here.
This is disenfranchised grief. The kind that is invisible to others and profoundly isolating for the person living it. Relational trauma is remarkably lonely. And you didn't cause any of it.
Maybe you're meeting me for the first time after disclosure, after months of trying to hold everything together, or after you've already made progress but still feel stuck. Many women hover between stages 2 and 3 through no fault of their own.
Your story deserves to be heard. Your grief deserves to be witnessed. As you establish relational safety for yourself, that is exactly what we do together.
We honor what has been lost. We process the anger, the sorrow, the confusion. We find ways to mourn and create meaning from your pain — emotionally, financially, spiritually, sexually. And slowly, your grief becomes something you can carry rather than something that carries you.
By the time most women reach this stage, they have already done some of the hardest work of their lives. They've faced the truth, made impossible choices, gotten honest and uncomfortable, and kept going anyway. Most of it scared to death.
That is not weakness. That is grit. That is tenacity. That is courage.
This stage is about recognizing who you have become through this experience and consciously choosing what comes next. What do you want for yourself and your future? How have you been transformed? What does the fullness of your life look like now?
You've earned your healing. And you deserve every bit of what's possible on the other side of it.
"My barn having burned down, I can now see the moon.”
Some of the women I work with come in hoping to repair their relationship and slowly discover that repair isn't possible. Not because they didn't try. But because safety requires two people who are both willing to do the work.
If you find yourself in that place: Not wanting a divorce…. but needing one, I want you to know that your healing matters just as much. Your story deserves just as much care. And I will walk through that fire with you too.
ADDITIONAL TOOLS WE CAN BRING IN
Sometimes talk alone isn't enough. These are two evidence-based tools I'm trained in that can accelerate your healing in ways that go beyond words.
You know that image you can't get out of your head? The moment you found the texts. The conversation that changed everything. The thing you wish you could unsee.
Trauma gets stored in the body and the brain in a very specific way, and sometimes no amount of talking makes it budge.
Brainspotting is different.
Using bilateral music and gentle visual cueing, we locate exactly where that traumatic memory is held in your brain and quietly turn the volume down. You don't have to talk through it. You don't have to relive it. You just have to show up.
Betrayal trauma doesn't just live in your thoughts. It lives in your nervous system. And a dysregulated nervous system makes everything harder. Thinking clearly, making decisions, advocating for yourself, even just getting through the day.
The Safe and Sound Protocol is a listening-based, somatic tool that works at the physiological level.
Through a series of specially filtered music, SSP gently retrains your nervous system toward safety and calm. Clients who use it often find they can think more clearly, feel less reactive, and engage more fully in their own healing.

I believe that access to the right support shouldn't be a mystery.
Here's exactly what working together looks like.
$225
90-minute session
I also offer a monthly package where most women find the most meaningful support.
$500 / MONTH
4 sessions + up to 2 brief check-in calls per week
Because healing from betrayal doesn't just happen on a schedule. Some weeks you'll need more. Some moments can't wait. The monthly package means you're never navigating the hardest parts alone.
Yes. I work with clients internationally via Zoom. I currently have clients in Ireland, the UK, and beyond.
Most clients start weekly or twice monthly. We figure out together what cadence serves your healing best, and it often shifts over time as you grow.
Coaching and therapy complement each other beautifully. Therapy tends to focus on deeper psychological work. Coaching is more action-oriented, focused on specific healing tasks like preparing for disclosure, practicing boundaries, and building self-care. Many clients find that having both accelerates their healing in ways that neither does alone.
No, and I'm always clear about that. Coaching and therapy are different modalities with different scopes. I work within my scope as a coach and often work alongside a client's therapist. If you need therapy, I'll say so and help you find the right person.
Please bring it up. I reserve two sliding-scale spots in my practice whenever possible and would rather find a way to work together than have you go without support.
